Engage in open and supportive conversations to recognize the unique challenges faced by individuals with bleeding disorders and promote inclusivity for diverse sexual orientations. Discuss the impact of musculoskeletal issues on sexual comfort and learn strategies for safe engagement in intimate activities. Explore the importance of maintaining strong mental health and relationships, with strategies for breaking isolation and fostering healthy connections. By addressing these interconnected aspects, the session aims to empower PWBD to navigate their intimate and relational experiences throughout their lifespan with resilience, knowledge and support.
