Emily Ayoub is the Data and Research Manager at the World Federation of Hemophilia. She manages the World Bleeding Disorders Registry (WBDR) and related programs and initiatives. Before joining the WFH, Emily spent 9 years in academia as a cancer researcher and an academic development officer. As a Manager and Patient Advocate in the Canadian non-profit sector, Emily developed innovative programs alongside Patient Partners, and conducted national Needs Assessment studies. Through media and awareness campaigns, she advocated for patients living with incurable cancers. Emily holds a doctorate degree in Biochemistry from McGill University. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys singing, painting, and hiking with her husband, son, and their dog.
