Jenny Goudemand is emeritus Professor in Haematology at the University of Lille (France).
With over 11.000 students, the Medical School of Lille is one of the largest training and research center for physicians in France. Jenny Goudemand was in charge of the Haemophilia Center for North of France until Sept 2014 and works now as consultant and expert. She was member of the National Reference Center for Haemophilia and co-coordinator of the French National Reference center on von Willebrand Disease (CRMW). She is currently president of the scientific committee of FranceCoag public registry since 2019.
She is member of several national and international scientific societies including the International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH), the European Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders (EAHAD), the French Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis and is also member of the French Haemophilia Association, the patients’ Association (AFH).
She served as expert for the ANSM (National Agency on Drug Safety) and HAS (High Authority on Public Health) and EMA. She has also contributed to the European Haemophilia Consortium's work on databases and registers.
With more than 200 studies published in well-reputed specialized journals, her fields of research cover haematology , clinical haemostasis and rare haemorrhagic disorders including haemophilia and especially von Willebrand disease.
