Nikole Scappe, Education Manager at the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF), focuses on educational content for people with Inhibitors, Ultra-Rare Bleeding Disorders, and von Willebrand disease (VWD). She co-authored NBDF's children's book, "Super Seven," designed for kids with ultra-rare bleeding disorders. Active in the bleeding disorders community since 2003, Nikole, who has von Willebrand disease, has volunteered at camps, served on NBDF's board of directors as a National Youth Leadership Institute representative, and contributed to the VWD Diagnostic Guidelines Panel. Recently, she played a vital role in coreVWD, a project set to make a significant impact on the VWD community. Nikole holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from La Roche University.
