Actual activity in the Board: NMO Vicepresident, Chair of the “Ethic Committee”, Chair of the “Structure, Rules and Constitution Committee”, Member of the “Administration Committee” and in charge of the South America Region.
As part of the responsibility assigned by the board dictated many advocacy workshops “tailored fit” for different NMO´s.
Lawyer graduated in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Masters Degree on Economic Integration Law by Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne/USAL (Thesis: defended and published. Grade: 10 outstanding); Professor of Constitutional History and Law (since 1997 to 2016)- Law Degree, USAL, and Professor of Constitutional Law, Argentine/French Law Degree in Buenos Aires by Université Paris 1, Panthéon Sorbonne / USAL. Actual: LLM program in Electoral Law professor in Universidad Austral, Bs.As.
Appointed Secretary at the Buenos Aires Province Supreme Court. Chair of the Electoral Affairs Area of the Buenos Aires Supreme Court, since 2009. Appointed by the Carter Center (Georgia, U.S.A.) consultant for the electoral reform in Venezuela and Nicaragua. Honored as Honorary Member of the Distinguished Bar Association of Freedom, Peru (2005) . Author of several scientific publications in many Legal Journals
