Hazri Aris is a person with Severe Hemophilia A, who currently works at the World Federation of Hemophilia as the Regional Manager, Southeast Asia & Western Pacific.
He has a passion in advocating for comprehensive treatment and care for persons with bleeding disorder, and was a long time volunteer with the Hemophilia Society of Malaysia since 2006.
He holds an MBA from Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Malaysia, and is a certified Level 1 & 2 swimming coach with American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA). Despite a long and painful history of severe bleeding in his left elbow and left ankle, he enjoys competing in open-water long distance swimming competitions. He hopes that with the advancement of treatment and care, more PwH especially the younger generation can be active and lead a healthy lifestyle.
