Latifa LAMHENE,is the founder of the association of hemophiliacs of the provence of tizi-Ouzou, which she chaired from 2005 to 2014. latifa suffers from a rare coagulation deficiency, her commitment to the cause of hemophiliacs and of other bleeding disorders has allowed her to be elected as president of the national association since 2007 until today.
She participated in all the training offered by the WFH
she participated in the implementation of the patient education program for hemophilia patients in Algeria in collaboration with the medical committee as well as the implementation of a prophylaxis guideline within the framework of the GAP program of the WFH.
She is, also member of the hemophilia committee within the Ministry of Health which was created within the framework of the GAP program with the world federation of hemophilia. She was coordinator and missionary of the WFH in the advocacy program in action in Mali in 2015 and currently in twinning program (since 2017).
Member of the WFH board since 2020 and member of the finance committee as well as women with bleeding disorders commitee.
