Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Valladolid (2004). Master's Degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the University of Zaragoza (2008). Master's Degree in Research and Intervention in physical exercise, health and dependency from the University of Murcia (2011). PhD in Physiotherapy from the University of Murcia (2013). Lecturer in the Department of Physiotherapy of the San Antonio de Murcia Catholic University (2013-2015), the European University of Madrid (2015-2020), the University of Murcia (2020-2021) and the University of Oviedo (from 2021).
Author of more than 50 articles in international journals on the evaluation and treatment of patients with hemophilia. Among these publications, 20 have dealt with the study of the safety and efficacy of different manual techniques such as joint traction, fascia approach, myofascial self-release and virtual reality through immersive videos. He is the principal investigator in 10 research projects focused on the approach to patients with hemophilia, directing 5 doctoral theses on hemophilia.
Author of more than 90 communications in National and International Congresses. Throughout his career he has acquired extensive clinical knowledge of manual techniques applied to patients with hemophilic arthropathy. He has been a volunteer for the Spanish Hemophilia Federation for more than 20 years in activities with hemophilia patients and their families. Member of the hemophilia associative movement and of the scientific committee of hematologists responsible for the treatment of hemophilia in different hospital centers in Spain for the last 15 years.
