Megan is a physiotherapist from Ireland currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Discipline of Physiotherapy at Trinity College Dublin. She has worked clinically as a physiotherapist in Ireland and Singapore. In 2017 she was awarded a Science Foundation Ireland PhD scholarship to work on the Irish Personalised Approach to the Treatment of Haemophilia Study (iPATH). Her PhD work involved a series of studies which examined the relationship between physical activity, physical health and clinical phenotype amongst adults with moderate and severe haemophilia. Her research interests include physical activity, physical fitness, cardiometabolic risk, ageing and chronic pain in haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders.
