Susan Cutter, LCSW, MSW, & MPA is a licensed social worker at the Penn Comprehensive Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center (PCHP). PCHP serves adults with inherited bleeding disorders. Ms. Cutter has worked in the inherited bleeding disorders field for 34 years. In addition, she has facilitated support groups both for patients with bleeding disorders as well for the partners/spouses and mothers of HIV-infected men with bleeding disorders. Ms. Cutter has developed and delivered educational and support programs for people with bleeding disorders and for providers in the bleeding disorder community, including internationally in Botswana, Ghana, South Africa and Nepal. She served as the chair for the development of the WFH Psychosocial Toolkit and authored many of the Toolkit modules. She is the current Chair of the WFH Psychosocial Committee.
