One of Mohsena's notable contributions is her initiative in establishing the Psychosocial Aspects program at the Haemophilia Association of Mauritius. Recognizing the importance of holistic development for individuals living with bleeding disorders, she has implemented strategies and programs to address the psychosocial needs of the community. In addition to her role at the Haemophilia Association of Mauritius, Mohsena is an active member of the WFH (World Federation of Hemophilia) Psycho Social Committee since 2020. Her expertise in psychosocial and mental health aspects for people living with bleeding disorders has led her to deliver several presentations at conferences and events.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Mohsena serves as the Group Scout Leader in her locality. In this role, she is responsible for the growth and development youths, guiding them to become better citizens. This involvement showcases her dedication to nurturing the next generation and instilling values of leadership, responsibility, and community engagement.
Furthermore, Mohsena is a Board Member of the Mauritius Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation and actively participates in the sport. This demonstrates her commitment to personal growth, physical fitness, and engaging in activities that bring joy and balance to her life.
